Join us on Thursday June 9, 2011 at 7pm in the Library of the General Society of Mechanics and Tradesmen of the City of New York for our new cultural series, Muse & Music. Endeavoring to go beyond the mechanics of writing a song, Muse and Music combines live acoustic performances with in-depth discussions on the songwriting craft and the muses that inspire songwriters.
The John Moore Ambrosini Trio will be performing songs from their newest work, "Nine Stories". The Trio consists of piano/composer John Moore Ambrosini, bassist Marcus McLaurine and drummer Donny Donable.
Guest host Clinton Blume, III, executive director of the General Society will lead a discussion with John to explore the inspiration for his music.
