Driving interstate for 10,15, or 20 hours; you are going to need an ample amount of music to avoid going insane. I would advise not to utilize the shuffle function on your ipod and keep it classic with some front to back CDs. Obviously you can't listen to EVERY CD cover to cover, so here are some albums that I can ALWAYS jam to for the full intended session. For the reason that I had just spent my last 4 days at Wakarusa, (posts coming soon), a Music and Camping Festival in Arkansas, I was looking to switch up genres a little.. Here are a few Rap/Hip-Hop Albums that you will never need to press skip for, ( in no particular order)
Reasonable Doubt – Jay Z – Classic Jay; its what he built his empire on
illmatic – Nas – Greatest album from the Great NAS
Stankonia- OutKast –
The Slim Shady LP – Eminem – More shocking than anything
EVERY BIGGIE CD – BEST RAPPER EVER
The Blue Print – Jay Z – My favorite rap album
BE – Common – Funky Fresh, Silky Smooth
Any one got another I missed?
