I didnt get to see the band Groundbreaking Ceremony at this years Warped Tour and now I'm sad about it. See below a video of their adventures this summer. I just watched it mesmorized- Warped Tour is just so amazingly fun. Their video chronicle really shows the event in accurate form. I almost wish Warped was a two day event but then I fear it would run in to that ridiculous camp out festival crap that just is a recipe for suburban rich kids to get high and piss on fire pit.
Watching this video also reminded me of just how young some of these bands are. As a real live adult it can be easy to forget the issues of youth (such as endless miles and financial hardship) that these guys endure. They then set up at the next stop and basically become carnival hucksters selling themselves and living their dream. The tour ends and then what?
