Coachella here, Coachella there, this is only what people are currently talking about, it’s a regional, or may be a national, obsession and I am definitely not going.
So what should I do? Be mean, and rejoice because the weather is actually horrible? There were strong thunderstorms on Friday afternoon, it was raining hard in Los Angeles, and I can only imagine what it has been over there, as the desert always has the most dramatic weather…. And the wind, I forgot the terrible wind! People on Twitter were describing long lines for coffees and were using ‘Coldchella’ for a good reason!
So if you really want to follow the festival, and don't want to freeze under the rain, there’s still YouTube, livestreaming from Friday to Sunday from the Indio valley. There are three channels, allowing you to switch from one stage to another, comfortably lying on your bed.
Some of the biggest acts (Radiohead, Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg) are not in the schedule this weekend, so either they will be announced later, either they will be up next weekend?
