Foo Fighters Want You To Wait In Line For Concert tickets

Waiting For Foo

Waiting For Foo

Back to the future and if Foo Fighters were a better band I’d actually, just for the fun of it, consider camping out overnight at Citifield for tickets to see Foo Fighters.

My buddy Michael Marshall is a pro at stadium gigs, he has worked at Barclay Center, Yankee Stadium, Met Life and currently sells beer at Citifield and he  got in touch to ask me if I  was gonna be at Citifield Saturday for Foo Fighters tickets?

Then he sent me this:

North American Tour Announced

The gig is Thursday July 16th, though I am guessing they will be adding the Friday, and Michael tells me the word on the street is people will be camping overnight… to get Foo Fighter tickets where FRONT ROW ISN’T AN OPTION BECAUSE OF THE GA PIT.

I think it is, in fact, a great idea. And I wonder why Bruce doesn’t do it. By the way, not a great idea for me, I wouldn’t stand in line for… anyone. No, wait, maybe 20 years ago I stood in line for three hours to get Brian Wilson to sign a CD for me… but otherwise. Still, aging rockers of all stripes might indeed fight the boys…
