Is this a plea for help?
On August 29, Cobra Starship released "Night Shades', an album much anticipated but the bubble gum blowing Fueld By Ramen set. This week they offer the singlel "Don't Blame The World, It's The DJ's Fault", free on iTunes.
Is this backward? Generally speaking the single is a free download or a stream at least and its the foreplay to the orgasmic wonderful album to follow. Could this case be that the album tanked so hard theyre passing out free samples in hopes of recouping the loss?
Cobra Starships front guy, Gabe Saporta is in a pickle. Swooned over years ago by his aodring fans, and now still winked at but…no swoon.
Why? Time. It has taken Cobra far too long to come out with "Night Shades". If this were six months ago or more I would be ducking the crowds, but at this late date? Not so much.
Touring with Justin Beiber is just another way CS is going to aim their cosmic jalopy in the wrong direction. Wave bye bye…
