Chris Martin And The Garden Intruder

This story is funny, and pointless I must admit it, but it was a slow news day….

Coldplay’s Chris Martin said to the Daily Mirror he had to throw out an intruder who broke into his garden and was serenading passers-by with Coldplay songs.

Chris said: ‘I had a guy the other day who climbed over the gate of our house and started singing Coldplay songs to his friends on the street.’

He actually let him do 3 or 4 songs before intervening with a ‘Listen, you’re not doing that right’ to the man!
You are not doing that right? Oh that was so polite and a little condescending…

Chris added: ‘He politely left. It was bordering on intrusion. Still, it’s nice that people like the songs’.

Look, if a stranger enters my garden I kick him right away or at least ask him what he is doing there before kicking him out. No, Chris Martin listened to a few songs, before, I guess, gently kicking him out. He is the summit of polite correctness, and can’t even make a bad move when someone is trespassing his territory,… is this guy even able to take a position on anything, or everything in his perfect-scented-candle-organic-soy-milk life has to be as nice as in one of his emotion-empty-self-indulgent songs?

From what he said, he was even flattered. It didn’t even cross his mind that the guy may have wanted to make fun of Coldplay
