Chris Cornell rose to fame as the lead singer of the hard rock band Soundgarden. They definitely had a strong presence in the hard rock scene years ago and scored numerous hits including "Flower'. Cornell also topped off Audio Slave and a billion other collaborations with members of Temple of The Dog and, of course, solo work.
