“Call Me” by Blue October is pretty amazing, despite Iman’s claims yesterday. It’s also a song that should never have a video. Its so much better to let your mind tell the story
This video was done to sorta lighten up the pressure of the songs lyrics, sorta distract from how incredibly powerful they are
The song touches on every nuance of new love beautifully
from disbelief “I cant believe you actually picked me”, to the insecurity of “are you dreaming of me” to the reinforcing of ‘asking if you love me, I love the way you make it sound’
Within the song beautiful strings from keyboard/violinist Ryan Delahoussaye ( who is so multi talentedits unnerviing)
