OFF!, the punk super group with members of Black Flag, Redd Kross, Hot Snakes and Burning Brides, has just finished recording their new album which should be released on May 8.
Noisey, VICE's new music channel, sent this new video which captures some behind the scenes footage at LA’s Kingsize Studios.
So watch it, if you want to hear Keith Morris yelling ‘I am the fucking greatest vocalist you have ever goddamn motherfucking ever heard’, and Dimitri Coats still amazed they managed to record 17 songs in a couple of days, ‘Just by saying that, I just broke into a sweat’ he says.
You can see that these guys are not joking with their sound, they play and compose in the urgency and obviously feel super comfortable with each other… ‘It’s OFF! on steroids’ as Dimitri Coats says at the end.
OFF! will be in Austin, TX on March 16 and 17 for 3 killer shows at South by Southwest, then they will hit the road again with several release parties around LA (and one at the famous Whisky A Go Go), San Francisco, San Diego, New York, and Spain!
