What the hell is going on with Bamboozle? There was a time it was the chilly Warped. Cool edgy bands and a boat load of unknowns to fall in love with. The multi day event was always brimming with promise and coolness. So much cool in fact, that it was soon followed with the Bamboozle Road Show, which gave out of towners a chance to get their groove on as well.
This year? Foo Fighters, Bon Jovi, Skrillex, Blink 182? Aside from Skrilly they're all a bunch of old has beens. I suppose its nice of the Bamboozlers to have a little something for mom and dad but WHAT THE HELL?
Oh wait.. I forgot Incubus, another crap band, and Mac Miller. If anything this is the first fest of the year that I can honestly say will suck remarkably. Just consider it a money saving event.
Running from May 18 thru May 20, lets hope they find some band worth the ticket cost. Asbury Park deserves better.
