‘I MAY HAVE TO CANCEL MY EUROPEAN TOUR DUE TO BANKRUPTCY & MY HEALTH STRUGGLE WITH ANGIOEDEMA. I HAVE NOT THROWN IN ANY TOWEL, I AM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT BEST I CAN DO. HEART BROKEN. WORKED SO HARD. GOT SICK DAY AFTER "SUN" CAME OUT & BEEN STRUGGLING TO KEEP ALL POINTS OF ME IN EQUILIBRIUM : MIND, SPIRIT, BODY HEALTHY CENTERED & GROUNDED. I AM DOING THE BEST I CAN. I FUCKING LOVE THIS PLANET. I REFUSE TO GIVE UP. THOUGH I MAY NEED TO RESTRATAGIZE FOR MY SECURITY & HEALTH.’
Nooooooo! We all thought Cat Power was back in great shape after the release of her triumphant new album ‘Sun’, but it’s not that certain anymore! I am about to see her next week in Los Angeles, and just after this, she will embark in an European tour that may or may not happen according to what she is saying. Iman thought she was not that great when he saw her last week, but if she is sick and is facing bankruptcy, she has some good excuses!
ANGIOEDEMA is a sudden swelling of the face or hands, in the face it can cause suffocation if not dealt with quickly. It happens suddenly and can last for between minutes to hours.
