We Will Always Love You: A Grammy Salute to Whitney Houston

Sweet baby Jesus, let the woman rest in peace.  What the hell is wrong with you Joe Public.  Someone croaks we have to tribute them, prop them up stuff them with old rags and parade them around.  We call it tribute but its capitalization.  Whitney will never die- literally  Someone is going to slap that woman in a chair and take her on tour.

Airing November 16 on CBS, will feature some of the most memorable performances of the diva’s career including some of the six-time winner’s classic Grammy moments.  I do not dispute her talent.  Rather I cant understand why we must throw these events constantly.  Worse off is you can actually buy tickets and see this atrocity live. The show takes place in LA and will take place on October 11.  You have to be a real die hard (no pun intended) to want to attend but hey, you're out there.

Interestingly enough, its not even the anniversary of her death.  This show is just  a tribute show cashing in on Houston and The Grammy's and you'll bite,  Whitney Houston passed away in February in the saddest of circumstance.  Her family made her funeral a circus and hear daughter, poor thing, literally flipped out.  Being in the spotlight is a tough way to live and it doesnt end once your dead either.

We Will Always Love You: A Grammy Salute to Whitney Houston airs November 16 on CBS at 10 pm est.
