2004 was the last time Neil Young and Crazy Horse toured together, not long enough ago. The guys are back on the road this fall and well if youre a fan this is a huge big deal and Im stoked for ya.
The journey will be in support of the first Neil Young & Crazy Horse album in nearly nine years as Americana. If you really stop to think about it Neil Young is Americana. He is an all American man with pube strip sideburns playing with trains and destroying Eddie Vedders cool (in all sincerity I believe if Vedder and Young had never met Pearl Jam would still be going strong and I would be there biggest fan.)
There are a heap of Okies out there in 'Merca so I say gas up the Ford, take the shotguns off the gun rack hire Aunt Weezie to watch the kids and take your old lady out for a good time of "Sugar Mountain", maybe you'll score some tail after the show- who knows.
