Whoa!
No sooner do I write about The Specials and news of a pretty impressive ska tour! Goldfinger, Reel Big Fish, Big D And The Kids Table, Suburban Legends, and The Maxies. The tour starts out in June 17th in Toronto and will cross all over the U.S. from there. And they are playing a lot of dates.
This is the perfect start of summer concert to get you dancing and thinking happy thoughts. There is something about ska that just makes it impossible to be angry- no matter what the situation or the lyrics, its so happy and jaunty you just let it go. They should pump ska music in to prisons or something or factories bet it would increase productivity. Hey, maybe they should play ska music in government buildings to soothe the savage beasts!
