Lily Allen leaves a recording studio and the world goes willy nilly.
In 2009 the adorable pop star surrendered her mic for the domestic life and if you follow her on Twitter you know full well how fun that's been. She is just as cute as you would imagine if her tweets are in fact accurate.
But a 'source' as saying, 'Lily has been in the studio trying different sounds and writing new tracks. She's not at a stage where she can start recording but the new album is definitely under way and there's a chance it could be released early next year.'
Hmmm, how wonderful would that be? Do you remember how fun her lyrics are and how amazing her cover of 'Mr Blue Sky' was? I say bring her back! Gwen Stefani has mixed motherhood and music very well and I personally would love Allen to do the same.
Oh, and aside from motherhood Lily has been working on her own label In The Name Of and writing songs for a stage version of Bridget Jones's Diary. We shall see.
