Regina Spekctor has reveled via her Facebook that her newalbum will be titled “What We Saw From The Cheap Seats”
She wrote:
"I'm very excited to say that this summer I recorded a new record with Mike Elizondo in L.A. It's been finished for a little while, but I had no idea when it would be out in the world until now. We're trying toget everything ready for it to come out in May (but I will share some stuff before then for sure!). It's called: 'What We Saw From The Cheap Seats'."
Spektors most recent work was a live album “Live In London” which was recorded in 2009. There has been little else from the songstress since the untimely death of her cellist a couple of years back.
The new album will have an accompanied DVD and tour dates will be announced thereafter.
