Some celebs show Rodeo Drive- Lady Gaga shops the meat aisle and impoverished countries. The latest buzz is she wants to adopt three Indian children before adopting more children from around the world.
This is a pretty noble idea- that hopefully will not come to be. There is no reason given for the first three requirement but then again I'm pretty sure it wouldn't make sense anyway. The singer has visited India and established charitable organizations so hey why not score some humans while you're at it.
A spokesperson offers the following "She's] always wanted to adopt, ever since she was a little girl. She tells friends she feels she was put on this planet for a reason and since achieving fame she sees it as a sign that she has to give back the good fortune she’s received."
They continued: "She's already set up her Born This Way Foundation in India and visited two orphanages while she was there last time. The plan is to adopt three Indian orphans before adopting more from around the world. She wants at least one American child, too. She’s not being one of those celebrities who get sucked into third world adoptions only to forget about her own country."
