Legal Aid of East Tennessee is sponsoring a continuing education session in Chattanooga Tuesday, using Elvis law as its foundation.
There have been so many lawsuits that pertain to the king, this continuing education forum for lawyers proved a great subject matter.
Topics will include ownership of Elvis' name, likeness and image; media access to his autopsy records; disputes over concert tickets sold before he died and other issues.
Lawyers attending will earn three hours toward a required 15 hours of continuing education each year.
Lets see if I remember correctly Presley was an honorary DEA Agent under Nixon. That alone could prove the subject of interesting debate.
