Toad's Place Shootings Wednesday March 23, 2011

 

The Ramones, Blondie, The Stones, The Kinks, Joan Jett, let alone a boatload of others "Where the Legends Play" is the tag line.

 

I venture into the vomitorium and no lie EVERY time I go the next day either me or the kid are ill with some weird respiratory ailment.  Bad gross air.  But so far a bit of cough medicine has cured our ill not an ambulance.

 

Three bullet holes in the stage now.. no one would notice through the grime if it weren't for the bodies droppin of course.  An employee at Toad's Place was one of two men shot on the stage of the club Wednesday during a performance by local rap group C.M.S.this past Wednesday.

 

Way to go C.M.S! Y'all got fame! 

 

Toads right off the Yale University campus has seen its share of scandal.  Hell at age 12 I was in there swigging back a Bud like a pro.  Its had its liquor license pulled and temporary closings and hell that's rock and roll. 

 

 So now how bad does it suck and how stereotype can it be that it took a hip hop show to get a cap bust in an ass?  So pathetic, keep your damn heat at home you ass wipes.  Shoot it out on the streets away from people just having a night out.

 

Although C.M.S. only had a 70 person crowd that night 4 of them left in an ambulance. Here we go again giving rap a bad rap, but seriously this sucks.  I'll be at Toads in a couple weeks I'm gonna go find the shrapnel.
