Here For You – Kygo – Featuring UK X Factor finalist Ella Henderson, and while the beats meets soul in England genre might well be played out, and Kygo one of the most annoying young DJs around, this has a smart hook and a gorgeous lead vocal on a not bad track – B+

Today – David Gilmore – It has a swoony rock and soul feel you don’t expect from Gilmore, the second one and not bad at all, from  the upcoming album – B

Burn Slow – Wiz Khalifa (Featuring Rae Sremmurd) – What is it with this guys and odes to weed? I like the occasional joint myself, but I can’t imagine spending my life singing about it. You know how when you smoke too much dope you get a headache? That’s what this sounds like – C

Wanna Be That Song – Brett Eldredge – This is a seriously lousy song, the big chorus makes me wanna pull out his teeth one by one – D

Head Over Boots – Jon Pardi – This is a nice old fashioned country swing -it’s all in the drums you know – B

No Doubt About It feat Jussie Smollet and Pitbull – All Pitbull can add to a pop song in 2015 is his usual Mr. Worldwide bullshit, needless to say he saves this crappy pop song – C+

Take On me (Kygo Remix) – Take On Me – The thing to remember here is the song was always catchy and if you do no damage you’re ahead of the game – B-
