2 – Everybody Needs Somebody To Love (Live) – The Rolling Stones – From the early 00s Live Licks tour, this is something of a dope loop itself, all six minutes of it – B+

3 – The Wild Ones – Suede – Their best song has the sweep of Roxy Music with the bottle of Brit pop – A

4 – Suede – NxWorries – The surprise set of the year and this song was its best moment – A-

5 – Rabid Animal – Lake Street Dive – “don’t go breaking my heart…” – B+

6 – Rich Girl – Hall And Oates – reminds me of the early 1970s – A-

7 – Ya Ya – John Lennon – A vocal masterpiece for no reason I can think of – A

8 – Before We Stop to Think – Yo La Tengo – this is wearing off me – B+

9 – Bae – Grace Mitchell – very impressive dark hued beauty – B+

10 – Hey Nineteen – Steely Dan – To Gaucho or not to Gaucho? – A
