2 – Ladies And Gentlemen We Are Floating In Space – Spiritualized – Still getting over shit, this was the absolute zenith of their career though from eighteen years ago, orchestrated electronica mood music – A
3 – Show Me – Tiesto – If ever a genre lost its opportunity, EDM did: not due to a lack of popular ambition but to a strange inability to quite fuse right. Who would have thought their natural habitat was MOR? And their personal best would have happened in 2010? This is drop the bass grooves and actually very good – B+
4 – What God Wants, Part II – Roger Waters – dreadful blather – C-
5 – Ari Upp – Hollie Cook – A touching Memento Mori with a dubby beat – A-
6 – Say Goodbye To America – Samuel Claiborne – Samuel takes on the State of US, poverty and violence with a gothic thud – B+
7 – Cavalry Captain – The Decemberists – They might be good live but they suck here – C
8 – Me In Honey – REM – I love this so much I named a novel after it – A+
9 – Some Ol Dolls – Tomas Doncker – A masterpiece to be put next to “Can’t Let Go”, riddled with doubt it hits back with a gorgeous blues groove and a hook in a lifetime – A
10 – Little Thing Called Love – Neil Young – Hahahahaaaa, at least he kept Trans on streaming services – B
