LA pop band Echosmith are a new wave fun machine with echoes of Katrina And The Waves without the jangle. Perfect for an early Sunday afternoon slit, the pretty siblings lead by Sydney Sierota, they are all enthusiasm and earnestness. Enough so that Zedd included them on his new album.
Essentially, all we are doing is killing time till they roll out “Cool Kids” with choice cuts off last years “Talking Dreams”, still Sydney is a cool looking California girl and bassist brother is a pretty cool kid himself in a smart white suit.
“This is one of the last times I’m gonna ask you guys to do this” She means clap our hands,fair enough, where’s the hit?
