– Things Happen – Dawes – This is meant to be the introduction to a very very big album, and it might be and it might take a coupla spins to introduce itself in any real way, but an early listen shows a well played not  very good song, a touch oversung – B-

– Right On Time – Dawes – Because this is Lauren canyon prog rock,  over cooked, it might thappen in time. Right now, it is finely played but the songs aren’t melodic enough enough – C+

– Be The Song – Foy Vance – Or is that Vance Joy. His big hit and a snooze of epic proportions – C+

– Dream Your Life Away – Rickety rackety, neo-folk track – B-

– Handsome – The Vaccines – The lead off track on their new album stands as a master of exuberant rock and roll come on – B+

– Dead Flowers Alternate Take – The Rolling Stone – This is interesting, Mick sings it without the drawl and in a different key on the verses, and the guitar is higher in the mix and maybe a little sharper – B+

– Met An Old Friend – Lucinda Williams – Late Village singer songwriter from the 60s Karen Dalton gets the treatment – B+

– Lord Pretty Boy Flacko Jodye 2 – A$AP Rocky – Freestylin;, pimps up, hos dopwn – B+
