Already one of the best albums of 2013 where it dropped on a midnight clear and blew everything out of the water, here comes Beyonce Mach 2, the deluxe version with new single”7/11” and new song “Ring Off”, plus the Nicki Minaj remix “Flawless” and two others. And if that wasn’t a good enough reason to give it a listen… it is on Spotify??
Don’t ask me, everybody take a side, everybody switch. First Bey wouldn’t give it to Spotify, then Swift, who only real competition, pulled all her music off Spotify, and now Bey puts the deluxe version on Spotify.
I’m not complaining, I’ve seen Bey the last three times, dating back to Four, she has played locally, and thought she was pretty whatever all three times,. But on record, the woman is the best r&b slash disco pop singer in the business and Beyonce was great before the six new songs and is even better now though, to be honest, we’d already heard the two best of the new songs. Though, bringing up the rear as it were, it’s Kanye on “Drunk And In Love”! I guess they’ve forgiven Kim for, well, for being Kim.
The real interest here is, of course, the negotiation to get it on Spotify. Daniel needed something big to make up for losing Tay and Bey gave it to him. Im telling you, all the action is in the boardrooms…
