Tweedy Bye Bye
Tweedy Bye Bye

1. I’ll Never Know – Tweedy – Slow albums always seem to have the urge to slow things down even further and here they are slowed to a completely croak. Still, not bad as many a lullaby – B

2. alsatsana (102) – Aphex twin – Another last track that sounds like a lullaby, expect this is bloody mr. Twin –why is he playing piano?

3. Wild Geese – The Drums – Flying in the face of time and space with a delicate intro with whips of synths and geese geesing – B

4. Journey Kid – Empire – Long intros seem to be the choice of the day, not crazy about the drums which are too padded, but within a minute the song kicks in and the singer has a nice hoarse edge – B

5. Right Amount Of Wrong – Imelda May – Nice little rockabilly rave up – B+

6. Moan – Jennifer Hudson – Slow blues number – B-

7. So, What Would I Do – Joe Bonamassa – heavy duty piano Gospel song… very strange – C+

8. Lawless Time – John Mellencamp – Not bad country swing, I’ve liked, to a certain degree, every song I’ve heard off this album, just not enough to recommend it – B-

9. When I Come Around – Lee Ann Womack – Nice fiddle and a strong chorus – B+

10. Ooh Baby Baby – Lenny Kravitz – At least it’s a damn good song, and a decent vocal – B
