I’ve been waiting to catch Phil Gammage on stage all year, his January release Adventures In Bluesland remains one of my favorite albums of the year and the man has some pedigree. Great on the harp, bluesy rootsy voice, and the aesthetic of an art rocker, this is a big gig for him. BB King’s on Thursday. And a four hour gig!!! For ten bucks.

Friday – Larry Graham And Graham Central Station – BB King’s – One of the greatest bassists of all time.
Friday – Ratking – Pianos – They were brilliant at Governors Ball earlier and these young rap meets punk kids should kill it here.
Friday – Sunday – Electric Zoo – Randall’s Island – Not the best of line ups, Armiin and Gueta might be worth a viewing.
