1. Rock With You – Ledesi – Hot and soulful, Ledesi may well be an everywoman making a sound we hear all day long, but she sings to the beat like nobodies business and references Dione warwick so you gotta think she ain’t afraid of comparisons – B+

2. Lucky Day –  Tomas Doncker – A softer soulful reggaefied track on Small WOrld is becoming a signature tune on stage and the better for it – B+

3. On The Sunny Side Of The Street – Louis Armstrong – I’ve been on an Armstrong jag since Friday and this one… check out the trumpet solo that opens the proceedings – A+

4. Balmain Jeans – Kid Cudi – Sex song sounds likethe rest only  better on thenewbie – B+

5. Give It 2 U – Robin Thicke – Since the Thicke backlash is in full swing, how about remembering why we liked him in the first place – A-

6. Go Rest On The Mountain – Vince Gill – While the best living country singer rages all around, give the non believers this song and end the conversation once and for all -A+

7. Sweet Spot- Tift Merrit – Me? I’m a non believer myself, but this song could well change my mind – A

8. Good Morning Good Morning – Mickey Dolenz – When I told Dolenz I loved this album, Remember, he almost beamed with pleasure – B+

9, An Old Fashioned Love Song – Mickey Dolenz – As long as we’re name dropping, the composer of this song, Paul Williams, once called me an estimable writer – B+

10. Momentary – David Bronson – This song is so good it towers over Story, an album so good it is hard to tower over – A
