Can you consider this as incest? Technically and biologically it’s not incest at all, but it still looks weird to many people: Bobbi Kristina Houston, Whitney Houston’s daughter got married to her longtime boyfriend and adoptive brother Nick Gordon. She tweeted about it along with the photo of their two hands: ‘@nickdgordon #HappilyMarried• SO#Inlove• if you didn’t get it the first time that is.’
What makes it weird to many is their had a ‘brother-sister relationship’ as Gordon came to live with the Houstons because his mother couldn’t take care of him, and he and Bobbi have called themselves ‘baby sis’ and ‘big brudder’. According to the rumors, grandmother Cissy Houston was totally pissed off by the news, and Whitney’s sister in law and manager found the wedding ‘unacceptable’, despite the two young adults claiming that Cissy was ‘very happy’ for them.
Last time I had heard about them, they were separated (probably due to lots of family pressure) but I guess they are really back together. Bobbi facebooked ‘I’m tired of hearing people say, Ew you’re engaged to your brother. … Mommy was the one who even said that she knew that we were going to start dating.’
Whatever this last thing is true or not, I have never read so many insulting comments for this girl, people treat her badly because she looks more like her dad Bobby Brown than her ‘lovely’ mom! Why all this chitchat about her look, her teeth, her nails, jeeeez! People are ugly! The girl may have taken drugs (just like her parents) but people condemn her as if she was the only one to have ever sniffed a line of coke!
I don’t know anything about her husband, do people have a good reason to oppose to their wedding? Is he into drugs (as Bobbi seemed to have been)? Is he a bad influence? Is he violent? Because if none of this applies, I don’t see any good reason to oppose to their union, since they are not biologically related. Anyway, any guy who will try to date her, will look like a gold digger because of her large inheritance, and may be this is what this guy is, but may be he sincerely loves her, you know? Love is a hard thing to find, just give these two a chance.
