Kanye West’s new album, tentatively titled Good Ass Music is to be released this summer. unfortunately, apparently it is a return to Drop out after the breathtaking 808s And Heartaches.
I was hoping West would continue to expand his musical horizons. 808s was pretty popular and deserved to be called out as a rock masterpiece.
However any West is good West (the man hasn’t released anything less than a great album so far) and the guest stars sound good albeit irrelevant: RZA, Q-Tip, the ubiquitious Drake.
