They are all still with us somehow

They are all still with us somehow

1. Take Me Back To Dear Old Blighty – Concert Band And Chorus Of The R.A.F – when I was young, I mean really young, maybe three years old, I dreamt I was an RAF pilot during the second world war and shot down over the North Sea. I remember dreaming the plane was on fire and I was spiralling downwards. When I opened my eyes I was above my body looking down at me dead and then I was a child again safe in bed. I hadn’t even heard of WW2 at the time. Make of it what you will – A

2. King Of Everything – Boy George – The interesting thing here is that Boy George sounds like you imagine a grown up Boy George might well sound like, soulful ballad – B+

3. Child’s Play (feat Chance The Rapper) – SZA – I love the way Chance first raps along with SZA’s singing and then continues with his rap while the backing track doesn’t change at all. If this is new r&b count me in – A

4. Waves – Mr. Probz – Really big in the UK right now, it is an EDM ballad as written 2014 – B

5. Calling All My Hearts – DJ Cassidy – With Robin Thicke and Jessie J, this is the purest of disco rushes and great song and a big hit just waiting to be discovered –

6. Take Me Back – Cash Cash – Masterful edm or is that disco, featuring Bebe Rexha who co-wrote “The Minster” – B+

7. Braveheart – Neon Jungle – Powerful beats aplenty – B+

8. Solo Dancing – Indiana – Beauty of a dance throbber, sexy as heck  – B+

9. Hey Blue Eyes – Bruce Springsteen – A folk song about Americans torturing foreigners; hang around long enough and you’ll get to the dusty bones and any longer and the fucking begins- B

10.  Heartbeats – The Knife – The stockholm syndrome? The beat has me captive but I like it – B+
