3. Kick – Conor Oberst – Strong melody saves iffy lyric about some Kennedy kid- A-
4. Oppenheimer – Old 97’s – Superduper love song explodes – A+
5. I’m A Long Gone Daddy – George Jones – From 1987 album, first rate Hank Williams cover coulda done with a bit more speed, but the vocal is flawless – A-
6. Rock N Roll Star (Demo) – Oasis – Louder and more vicious than the album version – A+
7. Finest Worksong – R.E.M. – If you don’t like this “Lengthy mix” you won’t like R.E.M. I like it, just not as much as maybe I might – B
