– Cool For The Summer – Demi Lovato – This won’t win the summer sweepstakes and maybe shouldn’t ether, but the hook is the stickiest thing you’ll hear all summer and it has a very sexy vibe that is, plainly, undeniable. That’s the thing about pop in 2015, you can’t count anyone out – A-

– This Summer – Maroon 5 – Also a good song, this Alesso remix rocks like a motherfucker – A-

– Rag Doll – Art Garfunkel – A different summer and a different world, t=in the summer of 1976 I was still listening to it – A

– State Of Grace (Acoustic) – Taylor Swift – The kick against Tay hs been she can’t sing, and I was speaking to a friend who has a friend who played onher 2006 earliest sessions and confirmed she had the songs but not the voice… here she has the voice – A

– The Mess We Made – Tomas Doncker – Still in the process of being recorded, this is ahuge statement off his upcoming album – A

– All Eyes On You – Meek Mill featuring Chris Brown and Nicki Minaj – This is a pretty lousy dance track, there isn’t an excuse for this crap – F+

– Bitch Better Have My Money – Rihanna – This is a big slice of power hip hop, written  by Bibi Bourell, the 20 year old wunderkind

– China Cat Sunflower/I Know You Rider – From 1970, this was also the first song(s) last night, and hit a height they didn’t maintains – A

– Pour It Up – Rihanna – Money honey, this cuts anything I’ve heard off the newbie so far – A

– Touch Of Gray – Grateful Dead – A very good later track staring in the middle – A
