1 – Come And Get It – Badfinger – If we can please get past the backstory, this is the best song the Beatles never bothered with, a McCartney smash and also the theme of the Ringo Starr-Peter Sellers piece of weirdness “The Magic Christian”, sooonny – A
2 – Flesh And Bone (dedicated to BB King) – Buddy Guy – The guitar is excellent and Van Morrison is in excellent voice, so, yup excellent – A
3 – Huntin’ Fishin’ And Lovin’ – Luke Bryan – And after that Luke has a song about waving the Confederate flag with pride – D
4 – Don’t Think Twice – Albert Hammond Jr – Contracting the Dylan songs name like that, that’s cool but it doesn’t go far enough. They should have called it simply “Don’t Think” – D+
5 – Usually Bright – Elbow – Minor league but pretty enough – B-
6 – Gangsta Rap – Migos – Some old fashioned scratching going down here – B
7 – Stare – Prince – Yeah, if you stared his bodyguards would beat the shit out of you – B
8 – This Ain’t Love – Joss Stone – No it isn’t love, but it is a pretty good soul blues number – B
9 – Strange Faces – Daniel Romano – Another beauty off this strong album, country-folk – A-
10 – Those were The days – Mary Hopkins – A gypsy tall tale about youth and passing of times, the Welsh Opportunity Knocks winner, Sir Paul discovery, was a one hit wonder, lost in a time and in a tavern long ago – A
