First- it wasnt me. If it were Bob Seger, yeah, it would have been but The Eagles? They’re not that gross. I can totally respect the rage of fury a band can ignite. I also can appreciate fine trailer park livin’.
I love this story because its so Americana! Vernet Bader of North Carolina hauled out a 14 inch serrated bread knife and stabbed her boyfriend in the arm, elbow and hand numerous times. This monumental event occurred in a trailer park outside North Charleston.
We all know that one crazy woman who would Ginsu a dude, hell I would given the opportunity. But the reason Vernet did this is what is most endearing- her 64 year old boyfriend refused to stop playing music by The Eagles. Yup, the freakin Eagles. I cant really fault her our emotions run high with music and hell just do the same with me and Night Moves and someone would need 911. The worse (or best!) part is that after numerous requests from Bader her sweetheart responded with ‘Shut Up’..and BAM that was it!
The good news is- he’s gonna be OK
The sad news is, they have since broken up
The obvious news is there was alcohol involved
