I like Mark Ronson lots and don’t hate the new album either though I’m not 100% with it.
But the above pic on contactmusic caught my eye. I thought it was Nick Lowe at first.
Both big time producers, right, though I vastly prefer the jesus of cool himself.
Oh, and because we believe in giving value per post, here is Ronson on beng mugged in his youth:
“As they’re coming to the end of mugging me, I’m still standing there and they’re making their plans. One of them is, like, ‘We’ll meet you back at so-and-so’s house,’ and they knock fists together. And, because I had so many nerves running through me, I actually put my hand out and did the same. Like, ‘Yeah, thanks for that.’ “
I’ve been mugged three times (hung in some very dodgy areas) and can testify to the extreme unpleasantness of the experience!!
