Lupo’s, the most disgusting club on the face of the planet, was sold-out, jam packed, and filled with excitement for UnderOath. The second they came on to the stage, the crowd’s volume was elevated so much I felt as though my eardrums would explode.

They jumped into their first song, and the audience was so excited it was contagious. I came to the realization that these boys are much better live than recorded. They gave it their all, had a mind-blowing light show, and seemed truly happy to be there.

While the crowd might’ve been a little crazy, the band was truly appreciative of all of the positive feedback they were getting. They fed off of it and were energetic beyond belief. The majority of the band has been playing for quite a while, and it showed in their performance. They played with charisma and put on a fantastic show.

UnderOath was enthusiastic and I can say with confidence that seeing them live is a lot better than just listening to them through some headphones on your iPod. Go see ’em live if they’re coming near you, you won’t regret it.
