Replaced by baseball, a Sunday outing of The X Factor got creamed by baseball playoffs and Sunday night Football, even AMC's "The Waking Dead" was only a coula 100,000 viewers behind them.
If you like Idol, I don't see why you ouldn't like X factor. It is certainly no worse than Idol and in many ways better but go figure… the shows are mirror images and perhaps one talent contest a year will do it, right?
As it is, Cowell has a problem if he can't get into the upper teens and remain there. he can survive without trouncing Idol, but not with losing his time period. As he is the New York Yankees of TV shows, when theonly thing that matters is wining the world series every year, there is nothing to endure in a job well done.
