It has been a very long time since Bryce Avary and his Rocket Summer made any news. What a wonderful report that a new album and tour are now upon us.
rocknyc has interviewed Bryce twice and have found him to be an intelligent and deeply spiritual man. A refreshing sense in an ego stormed rock world. First up is a free download from the acoustic tour that took place last summer. 17 tracks of freeness to sing along to. The tour is in support of the forthcoming full-length album Life Will Write The Words, out Tuesday, June 5. Fans have been chomping at the bit for some new material and from certain reports they will not be disappointed.
A very small club tour is perfect as Bryce shines brightest in intimate settings.
