Squeeel! I had the most mad crush on Richard Butler. He seemed so trouble and looked like a laudry basket of wrinkled clothing. Strange. I loved some of The P Furs stuff, but not all. "India" has to be my all time favorite all raspy and dangerous. "Sister Europe" ain't too shabby either They sorta owned the Rat Pack movies of the 80's, but I was way too cool for that.
They're on tour and I love that fact that Mr. Butler isn't trying to be 20. We all grow up, do it right and not like those pathetic metal bands who still try to jam their guts into spandex.
The only bad thing about this tour is The Tom Tom Club but you can just go late. The severed half of The Talking Heads actually were so bad the made the T Heads look cool.
