Celebrity Networth has a list of the 30 richest DJs in the world, and it comes as a surprise that some of the most talked about ones, are not totally at the top.
DJs are kind of a joke for me, they get all the glory and all the cheerleaders for spinning records, and if some can be creative, most of them are so overrated it’s not even funny! They are paid millions to put up a party, and scream ‘what’s up NY/LA?’, while wearing sunglasses in total darkness, with a bunch of half-naked blonde platine good-looking women bouncing in the back as a décor!
According to the celebrity website, most of their money comes from private parties that these DJs give all over the world, just read this:

I've just vomited a little bit… A few consolations however, Guetta is not even in the top ten (he is number 11!), I have never listened to that Tiesto guy, and honestly this is pocket money compared to what some rappers can earn in one single concert! Weren’t Jay-Z and Kayne West paid $6 million for some private concert in Dubai last December 2011? Plus according to this same website rappers are worth hundred of millions not ten of millions, so DJs are just dwarfs in this money game.
