Television Personalities Lead Singer Dan Treacy Out Of Coma

After a year that found too many of the good guys croaking, the man who brought sensitivity to rovl and roll and who has been in a coma for weeks, Dan Treacy, has regained consciousness and is on the mend.

In the late 1970s, early 1980s, TV Personalities changed the rules for punk rock and no less a figure than Patrick Stickles , has dubbed them a major influence. Treacy had a brain hemorroagh last October, police don't know how it happened, he was operated and had been in an induced coma ever since.

According to contactmusic.com, his sister recently posted: "Fantastic news, Daniel is out of Itu (intensive therapy unit) and making great progress. Daniel has a way to go yet but at the moment all is going in the right direction… This is the miracle we have all prayed for."

Good news and a good reason to listen to the great Mummy, You're Not Watching album.
