Thanksgiving is over and we are now full speed legit into the holiday season. Funny, our music on television is not reflecting anything joyful at all. Dolly Parton is hanging out on every ones couch but otherwise the reruns are plenty and the talent is light.
What ever became of Jimmy Fallon's musical guests? For awhile there he ruled it, ripping the coolness from Conan O'Brien. Conan seems to be eeking back up in the forefront of the guests with a beat. Maybe I'm being a bit hard on the bands up this week. We do have The Dirty Projectors, and Wiz Khalifa, Barbara Streisand and the neck scarved Aimee Mann..but nothing Holiday worthy nor cutting edge.
