Welcome to a brand new week and I would love to be telling you how great the music is on TV this week but I cant. There seems to be a common thread running through the booking agents of the TV world. Get the deadbeats. I suppose each one of these folks have great fans- I mean that’s why they’re big enough to be on TV but where is the viewing for those of us who really have no interest in people like Keith Urban or John Densmore?
Television needs to offer up a segment for the underdog. We want to see people that are unfamiliar so we can say we knew them before they made it big. Think of the dollars saved, think of the goodwill careers made! Instead we get the same old people in a different order on a different couch. Oh well, I can dream
