Opening with “Real Love” and including the blondie (I know, no internet access) adds a oboe and someone else on a sax and the sound is a terrific mindfuck. VIP is still quiet but GA stretches and stretches as the band plays mainstream electronic dance pop.
Woooooah! This is a great chart. From Clean Bandit to Jason De Rulo all you have to do is skip Vamps and Avicii and you can listen to the lot with immense pleasures. Even the Will I Am which kinda past me by last year (blame Hardeep Phul’s slam effecting my decision making abilities) sounds great on the char
Here is a name that might not ring a bell, Jimmy Napes. But he co-wrote Disclosure’s “Latch” and he co-wrote Clean Bandit’s “Rather Be” -a house meets classical ((yes, that is strings at the start) dance song. A wonderful track!
