I’ve never heard SN sing til she and Rod announced on Ellen that they would be touring together in 2011 . My good fortune they’ll be at MSG March 26th and Iman and I will be attending together. I’m going with the”Boss”
I immediately played a couple of SN’s songs on line. She’s 62, petite and cute. So much for the dressing.
Her tone is harsh or as EL said a voice like a helium tank. Deep within the recesses of her voice I was able to make reference to Cher and Keeley Smith. Two ladies that had entertained me many times on stage and television. Having grown up in the 50’s and listening to romantic songs, amusing songs and songs that had meaning and struck a raw nerve.
