Welcome back to 1990. This song was introduced to me by a filthy tattooed hardcore skinhead. So odd in fact that when I first heard it I was listening so hard for some sort of subliminal message or the 'Candid Camera' host. How odd but that was the kicker.
Dee Lite or Lady Miss Kier crossed genres from Clubs to Alleys this song swept it. I have some of the greatest WTF?! memories of this first listen.
Over a decade later it is still one of the most fun most mood lifting songs of my cache'. Of course by now Dee Lite is DEEfunct but everytime this beat kicks in, Im dancing…….like only a punk can.
