Comment: It is obvious, of course, particularly since I shouted out Vampire Weekend by mistake last week: George Strait is the man to beat. Last time round he was writing with his son and there was more original material than usual with a mighty fine album. Let’s hope this one is as good. Otherwise a new Eve (!) , Demi Lovato. the Fall and a quarter of Abba.
