Just wanted to chime in here to congratulate everybody on one year of awesome hi-jinks.
Not sure when I climbed on board here last year (Iman says: August 19th, 2009), but I do know it’s been a hell of a ride and I’m looking forward to the future.
Thanks to Iman for the inspiration to create, I never thought I’d feel that way again. And thanks for waiting patiently for my small trickle of stuff. Explained at the outset, that I’m not a content guy, but I always try to provide quality.
Thanks to Helen for constantly picking up the quantity slack, her amazing sense of humour, and her thought provoking opinions.
Thanks to Mary for her inspiring enthusiasm and essentially youthful point of view.
Thanks to Bob Nevin for hooking us up in the first place, and staying friends with me throughout several interesting twists and turns through the real life workplace in those turbulent ‘90’s.

Finally, thanks to our readers for reading and being music fans. My biggest pet peeve about rock “criticism” are critics that talk down to their audience and try to impress them with abundant vocabulary and obscure non-musical references. My aim 100% of the time is to avoid those trappings and connect with the reader on a purely musical level. All I’ve ever tried to do is write something I would want to read about a subject that I hope interests everybody.
